Welcome to the website of K & D Handyman Services . We are Utah’s choice for Handyman and Contractor services. Our company was founded by Dan Kidwell and is named after his son Kobe Kidwell. Dan has over 27 years in the construction trade as well as his early years being raised in a construction family with 8 brothers 6 of whom are in the construction trade as well.

We are Insured. Not only are we insured but we went are well above the state minimum of $100,000.00 and are insured unto $1,000,000.00. Not only are we insured for the million but instead of our Insurance only being in effect while we are there working, with us, once your job is completed, your project is insured for 10 years after completion date. That way if say, we damaged a water line hanging drywall and the damage doesn’t manifest itself until 8 years later, well, it is covered up to a million dollars through our Insurance.
Cleanliness: Let’s face it, you work hard to acquire things in life and as such you and your belongings and property deserve to be treated that way. That’s why K & D always practices clean work practices. You’ll notice in our images Plastic walls (called zip walls), tarps, etc. as we use these things to help protect our work area from the rest of your house in order to keep the mess to as small a designated work area as possible. We make sure to leave our work area clean after we finish.
Quality no Quantity: Let’s face it, you get what you pay for when it comes to construction. We at K & D like to provide Quality work not just Quantity. We are very detail oriented when doing your project and will make sure not to cut any corners and take our time to not only do your project but to do it right so when your project is completed you are 100% satisfied with the outcome of your project.
Payments we accept: Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover cards
Refunds/Cancellation of project: We will issue a refund within 30 days of request for one as long as project has not started yet; minus a 10% fee that covers the time we spent doing the estimate etc. as it costs us money to come to your place and go over the project and then price out the materials for your project and then type up and email out your estimate, meeting and signing the estimate etc.
